The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, nestled in a beautiful forest setting. We loved the convenience of the shuttle service, which was always just a phone call away. The log cabin we stayed in was spacious and cozy, with a fully equipped kitchenette and a huge whirlpool tub. The onsen in the hotel was a great experience, with separate bathing areas for each gender and both indoor and outdoor sections. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to our friends.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist us with a smile. We appreciated the amazing hotel bus that was available at all times to take us wherever we wanted to go. the location was easy to access and we enjoyed exploring the surrounding area.
The room could have been better maintained. We noticed some issues with the walls and windows that let in cold air and made it difficult to warm up, despite the floor heating.

The hotel is nestled in a picturesque hillside location, offering scenic views of the surroundings. The staff is friendly and hospitable, and the French restaurant serves delicious meals with attentive service. The breakfast buffets are tasty, and the hot spring baths are a relaxing way to unwind.
Some of the rooms are showing their age and could use some updates.

The resort had lots of activities to pass the time, including a great selection of food to choose from. The location was also perfect, as we were surrounded by lush nature and had beautiful scenery all around, making it a truly relaxing experience. We were impressed with the excellent amenities that were offered, including tennis, skiing, and hiking--there was something for everyone!
Our room was quite old and in need of some updating. The bathroom, in particular, was showing its age, which made it a less-than-pleasant experience.
